One of the first to suggest potential problems with the story was Richard Bradley, editor in chief of Worth magazine, who, when he was an editor at George magazine in the 1990s, worked with Stephen Glass on a number of his fabricated stories and was taken in. His original post from Nov. 24 drew angry criticism from many, who are now posting their own mea culpas.
